Eighteen

You know that age when you become 18 and think, "Im an adult now I can do whatever I want, when I want."? Well, I may not be eighteen yet but, I understand that THAT phrase it not true. It's the opposite, unless you you don't want a successful life, then go ahead and goof off and party all the time, then that phrase will apply to you but for others the phrase does not apply.

I'm close to 18 and college is around the corner, I'm not book smart so for me making Bs is a chore making As feels impossible. Then car insurance, i'm paying for by working more around the house. The carefree days are ending, it's time to man up (or women up) and open your eyes to the fact that you're going to need to take responsibility for your actions, bills, and life period.

Now you may be one of those that gets things given to them on a silver platter, now don't get me wrong that's a great life, till the bank bankrupts or you run out of money from spending it all or all that millions or billions of dollars of money you inherited runs out from improperly spending sprees or something else happens in case of a divorce he or she gets it all.

So, what i'm saying is, being able to take care of yourself is a skill, a talent you could say. Being able to do things on your own, like accomplishing an award or getting a raise or a higher position that wasn't handed to you, makes you feel good, feel proud of the hours you put in. It doesn't make you look back at yourself and see how pathetic being served is when you can't even multiply 20 x 20, or do bills at the present when you can't pay someone else to do them for you because your money ran out.

I know I've come on really strongly in this subject, but this is how I feel and a blog is where you express your opinions. If you don't like my opinion, don't complain about it, just don't read my blog, it's easy as that as long as one person likes this blog, I'm going to keep on writing.

As for those who are enjoying my blog, thank you for your support and subscribing! I appreciate everyone who reads this and if I don't write for a few days I'm either really busy or don't have anything to write about. I don't write unless I feel really strongly about something. Thank you for understanding and Thanks for reading!

Your loving Author,

Maria
